Man this album f.....ing rocks!!!!! They finally ditched Bob Rock and went back to their roots. CYANIDE, ALL NIGHTMARE LONG (very SLAYERish) THE DAY THAT NEVER COMES, an Instrumental song like the past, even the ballad UNFORGIVEN III is good. This sounds like a cross between ...And Justice For All and The Black Album.

I know. My friend downloaded it for me. Definetly rocks. I heard they are having issues with audio. Apparently the sound quality is really bad. I have only heard it on a computer so I cant tell how bad the quality really is.

I just got it too. Definately has that badass old school Metallica feel to it.

Freaking rocks, but I have loved all there stuff outside of St. Anger. I even liked Load and Reload.

Right now Cyanide is skyrocketing my ears into ecstasy.

Like Ara said, evidently there are some mixing problems. Yahoo had an article that said it's done on purpose to make the music sound "louder". I didn't notice because I've been listening on an MP3 player (proudly NOT an iPod), but on the home stereo it does sound bad.
