I can't post a video for you, but have been doing this for some time now with just my Legend XL running a slightly higher flow of 7.5.

It won't get all, age, thickness or gum, type of carpet all come into play.

I do find that a quick going over with the wand if niot successful, will usually warm and soften the gum to increase the efficency of the citrus gel and then it comes away easier.

I feel it works slightly better running an in tank extraction detergent compared with an acid rinse.

    Locko,

I will try to get you a video with my camera phone.

I pre spray first then I put citurssolv directly to the gum. Let it dwell and then hit it with the wand jet aimed right on the gum at about 250F.

Sometimes it helps to agitate the gum with one of those "gum getter" tools before hitting it with the heat.

    Matt
