Just met a customer yesterday who has 7-8 rugs to clean. These are all very high end (one tag on a 3x5 indicated $2700 - that was one of the smaller ones). I did one like this about a year ago but it was urine saturated and picked from the dog's claws so pretty much ruined anyway. Came out great but I am really not properly equipped to do these. Does anyone in the Tucson area (or Phoenix) have a company they can recommend for rug cleaning? Thanks.

Yea ...I have used them a lot..probably for the last 5 or 6 years..when I run across an area rug that raises to may red flags for me I will either send them to asian..
