Leaking K-Vale

    Hi everyone long time no see

    I have my K vale plumed up to the inlet solution line and nothing on the out let
    And with the valve closed its leaking a little from the out let side
    Plumbed up to the wand it leaks through the jets

    Spring plunger and O ring seem to be OK

    Do you think they are ok or are you sure they are ok? If those are new and have not been subjected to extreme heat then a new body is what you need.

    If it's leaking through the jets, it's the white teflon washer at the base of the plunger.

    Here's a secret for you: You can flip it over and get twice as much life out of it. In other words, remove the screw at the base of the pin, take the teflon washer out of the "cup", and flip it over. Then put it back in the cup and screw the cup back onto the base of the pin.

    Voila'! You have a "new kit"... for free.

    I put 3 X 10mm washes between the plug and the spring and its not leaking any more
    Maybe the spring was not tight enough and worn
    But if it leeks again i'll do what you said Dean Thanks
