What, if any, disclaimers does everybody have on their invoices? I am setting up my Quickbooks Invoices, and would like to know what everyone is putting on their invoices. Some pics would be great as well. Trying to design a nice looking invoice, yet keep it clean and simple. Thank you all. Nick SunWest Carpet Care
One thing i have on my invoices in RED is 'Caution, floors may be slippery during and following professional cleaning, please avoid walking on damp carpets'. I have the customer sign that they have been notified of the above. I then place Bright Yellow Caution Signs on ever hard surface that joins the cleaned carpet. I also now use the Caution Tape that is available from Dave Rampage. Mick

I have a place for them to sign that they have been advised of the slippery conditions. Also that the work was done to there satisfaction. It also states they have a two day time frame for any complaints to be re-done at no charge.
