Is a good pic. As a cleaner I get the idea, i know the history and process behind, but as a client maybe get confusing how all that dirt would be on the rug, Like emptying your waste tank on a rug and showing it. Some may get offended. On the other hand it shows what really is on and in the carpet. I think can be a double side knife.

Did anyone read the recent trade mag article of Saddam Husseins rug that someone had bought and had cleaned, it showed a pic similar to Robs of the pile of loose dirt on the rug.
