shouldnt be vs should be what do prefer and why looking at the specs Hydrocyde appears more concentrated and a few dollars less depending where you shop.

I've seen odorcide for $79.00 a gal on line 10% off is around case price with free shipping is around $71.00

hydrocyde retail on one site $73.79 per gal case discount$66.41 per gal

4 cases 59.03 per gal not sure about the shipping
    thats from

Also cti is making x-cyde. Whats the main difference between the three which works best and why? cost per penny and such how concentrated are they.

and using a water claw Jondon has an off brand claw compared to the real thing

About 70 views at the time of my post but only 3 votes. Tells me most people do not have a strong opinion.

I have not yet tested the CTI product.

Odorcide and Hydrocide use the same chemistry. That is they work the same way. You mentioned the price difference and the fact that Hydrocide is more concentrated. That makes the price to use it even better. The other difference most peopl will notice is the fragrance. Odorcide uses a rather stroong and enduring fragrance. Hydrocide has very little fragrance.

The thinking behind not adding fragrance to Hydrocide, is that this would allow the technicain to know if theproduct was working and if he head used enough. When a strong fragrance is present, it can be difficult to know if you really got rid of an odor or are merely covering it up for a while. Because of this uncertainty, Odorcide users seem to use more product making the cost per use even higher.

The new Water Claw Flash Xtractor and the original Water Claw both out-perform the tool offered by Jon-Don. In our testing they performed a whole lot better.

I've used odercide but recently started using it and I will try hydrocide. the lack of fragrance to tell if its working seems like a good Idea.
I went with the flash xtractor.

but I do like the fragrance of odorcide over killodor plus.
x cide has a citrus lemon scent.

I havent had the opportunity to try the hydrocide because we have to "special order" it in from the States, so I keep a jug of Odorcide handy for urine rugs because it is much more easily available.

Pricewise both products are extremely expensive.

I did side by side tests( at my house) of Hydrocide and Odorcide ( using cut up carpet contaminated w/ cat urine using the most concentrated solution that each mfg sugesested)

Odorcide clearly won... in my opinion
