How much does it cost to restore, if it is even possible, a Meth House/ Lab? I'm wondering if it is cheaper to just demo the house. Most of these places seem to be on the real rough properties anyway.

Even with a demolition, there are a lot of precautions that must be taken to avoid spreading contamination around the neighborhood. This makes demolition more expensive than you might think.

Several states have protocols for how to do the clean-up work. I have copies of the mandated procedures from 3 states.
