I would say its time for a new blower. Its not worth fixing in my opinion.

Buy a new blower, I can help you with that. What happend on your hurricane happens on prochems, judsons, powerclean and many other machines. This happens more on belt drive units than does on direct coupled units.

What happend is you had a side load issue . the bearing probaly started to wear and it wore a grove in the shaft until it broke. ALso not greasing a blower regulary can casue problems too.

You now have a baot anchor .call me and I can get U a price on a 4005 tuthill drop shipe to you.

That is a much smaller blower. It could work but I wouldn't recomend it. If your looking for used blowers I do have an old one off a prochem pto machine. It had very low hours on it. It is a fuller blower the same flow rating as your tuthill. The feet on it are cast in the blower so it can only be mounted on way. I would sell it cheap $300 but would have to confirm with you that it would work in your application.

fuller later became roots. It should fit with some drillng. you could buy a 36 for less money and it would work fine, you could even over drive the blower by 20 percent and b right where you need to be. Duane oxley at accelerated or MIke Montieth at TCS could help you.. IF you want to come ot texas I would be more than willing to help you.

The only catch is that the blower must be configured the same. With newer blowers the feet can be switched to the other side to change airflow direction. I need to know a couple things. If you are facing the shaft side of the blower which side is the shaft coming out from, the left impellor or the right impellor. Second, what is the direction of flow. Meaning which side is your silencer hooked to. Mine would have to be downward because you can't change the feet to flow left or right.

    ok
    when facing the shaft
shaft comes from the bottom impellor
silencer comes from the right side opening and the left side goes to the waste tank
