Both physically and mentally. I have noticed now that I'm getting older (53) that my focus and concentration aren't as good as they used to be. Has anyone else noticed this & if so what have you found that helps. I know some say carpet cleaning is a workout but it's not a substitute for excersise, I have never done much working out so I guess it's time to start. Bobby Hales
my wife's uncle is 74 years old, and he is in shape no overweight, he weights 170 pounds, don't drink and don't smoke, he goes to the YMCA 2 hours everyday M-F and he works 40 hours a week, stripping floors, vacuum etc etc. I think the key is workout, eat right, no smoking and no alcohol. I forgot to tell he is a cancer survivor. i also forgot to say, he is a jerk.

In this career choice. You will eventally get it,some times many times...As in myself. But you have to just learn to pace your self.Set your time off periods, vacation breaks, lil things for your self...I myself hit a new movie weekly,in addition to the gym, family and biz... Little things like a real day trip.Away from everything you do... But be positive, imagine, implement time saving tips and workroutes. Limit your bb time, you work enough, scan, respond quickly if need be.Go chill out as they say. When is the last time you just set back and read..?
lol good one eye, I was gonna say the wife smacks me smart..... but that does not work either..... I stay sharp, by trying to read at night, even if it is just work related stuff...... and trying to keep up with the little ones.....
