By the job, by the room, or by the sq ft? If by the room what qualifies a living room as one vs a small sitting room some people have. Any info is helpful.

By the sq' wall to wall.

Offered room pricing in first 3 mths or so of business figured out quickly not for us doesn't mean it wont work for you though. Find what you are comfortable with worse case scenario is you change it.

IT really depends on the area you live in. I would call some other companys to get an idea of your competitors pricing. You want to know how much they charge for a residential and commercial and apartment community's. This may take some time but well worth it.

But its not all about the price. Do a poor job and lose a customer but make them think you did the best job possible will mean 9 potential new clients.

And remeber it starts whene you pull up.They want to see a clean van , and uniformed person at the door who then explains what he is going to do and asked what they expect before they comfront him on why he didnt move there 300 lb entertainment center and then whene job is done before he rolls up his hoses he asked the client if everything is done right or of they want and areas redone. And the last step can make a big differance. Always with a smile.

Im dumb but if you clean my carpet for 20 bucks better then anybody ever did but i didnt like you ill pay 40 next time to another company if i have to.

    Well said Lance:)

The client today told us she had never had anyone ask her to look at the job before the equipment is put up among other things we did for her she had never seen. She has now given us a referral to her parents that live in the house next door.

Whene i prospect a new apartment complex and get the manager to walk a freshly cleaned carpet ill pickup all debris they left behind along the edges and by the end usually have a pile of debris in my hand. This might not get me the account but it does give then reason to rethink there current contractor and i gaurantee that the first time they slip there calling me.

MB im saying to much , oh well im in el paso.
