Ok so I'm trying to take a little pride in my equipment and descale the tm. I used a powder descaler and put it in the waterbox. Ran the machine for a while, turned it off, turned it back on and let about five gallons flow out of the wand. Then tried to repeat. When I tried to flow out of the wand again, I got nothing. No pressure, not even a drop of water. Looked at the temp gauge and it was up around 280. Um, what could have happened? I'm assuming that I've got a clog somewhere. But where exactly to look I have no idea. Water box filters are clean. There are so many different lines running everywhere it's hard to pinpoint where it could be. My machine is probably different than any of you have seen because nobody uses a chem tex but it's a pretty straight forward set up. Will send pictures if need be. Im just trying to figure out if there is another filter somewhere that I wouldn't know about. Around the thermostat or hx? Anywhere near the pump? If somebody wants to call (8502581025)and try and walk me through some check points or you can email me scottymed22@hotmail.com. It will go strait to my phone. It would be sweet. Haven't made a dime in over a week so I really need to get back to it. Thanks fellas

Oh by the way, getting it to flow out of the wand was not my idea. Guy at chem tex suggested it. Sounded like a good idea to clean the solution lines as well. Also, what happens if the pump were to run dry for a second? Don't know if that happened. Just throwing that out there.

It Sounds like you ran it dry, which means you need to prime the pump to get pressure.
