Hello, My name is David and i am from Wales, a seperate country of Britain. In my town there are 6 Truck-Mounts in operation with myself running the only Prochem model as opposed to the five Hydramasters. I have run this business for six years and have used aa tm for the last 3. I hope to learn a lot more from you guys on here. Best regards David
Hi and welcome to Truck Mount Forums! Which prochem model do you own? Also, if you need any help on how to use our forum, please click the Live Support button or email me at owner@truckmountforums.com . Thank you and have a wonderful weekend! ;-)
Welcome David If its information you picked the best Forum to join. I look forward to hearing how things are done over there. I have had the pleasure of visiting your country and i loved it apart from trying to Pronounce some of the Welsh Town Names lol. Mick :hi:
Thank's guys, my model is a Prochem Blazer XL which i bought new in 2005. As a motor mechanic i understand most things about these machines, but am still learning about the blowers and heating as well as the nitrogen generators and what their function is. I look forward to taking part in lively discussions. All the best everybody David
Mick I had the chance of re-locating to Australia from the UK some 12 years ago when i was working for Pirelli cables in Newport, but the mrs didn't want to leave the family behind. We were told that Pirelli had trouble keeping workers in your country as during the very warm periods, the staff all pack their jobs in and go walkabout. Yes there are a few funny sounding welsh place names but not all of us can speak Welsh or even want to learn the language come to that. As Celts we are the original inhabitants of the country along with the Scots. We are holding the 2010 Ryder cup in my hometown of Newport at the Celtic manor resort. Wales has given the world some famous people such as Hanibal Lekter actor, Anthony Hopkins, Catherine Zeta Jones, Tom Jones to name but a few and of course, by way of their parent/s, we gave you little Kylie and Rolf Harris, but we have had him over here for the last forty odd years so perhaps he's now one of us Brits. Keep up the good work Dave
Thank You Scott I have read some of your posting in various venues I am pleased to say hello. Johnson 52
David it could have been worse. You could have sung tie me kangaroo down sport. You guys have a lot to answer for with that one. Only kidding Mick :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
Mick I can't help the fact that his Welsh parents emigrated over there! On another note, if a lot of our criminals were not sent on a package holiday to Australia 200 or so years ago, you would have been a Brit like me. :taz: Dave
Good Point Dave i really am lucky eh? Nah only kidding its good your posting on the forum, i look forward to hearing more of you. Mick :biggrin:
Mick Thank's mate, likewise. Theres nothing like a harmless bit of banter to liven up the day. It must be hard for you lot over there to clean carpets with those cork things dangling from your hats. Dave Dave
By the time we start our working life (about 6year old ) if your from a wealthy family, we are kinda used to them dangly things. Mick :biggrin::biggrin:
Hi Rob Thank's for the warm welcome. I was attracted to TMF after watching your video of a truck Mount killing off a Rug Doctor. Put them all in a museum i say. Dave
