    I think these are the hydro master shell tube type. I have about 6 of these. I would like to find a company to repair these. They have a small leak. If you know of such a company, I would like to know.

    Welder, radiator repair shops don't have a clue as to what to do.

    Took my HX to a muffler shop and they welded about 5-6 cracks back with no problem.. It was $40.. They deal with stainless steel all day long

    I took mine to a machine shop and he re-fabricated it for like 200.00 for my White Magic that burst.

    So if the copper tubes in the HX get "gunked up" as a result of hard water what other options do I have besides replacing it. Just replaced one and spent 6 hundy. Would think somebody could just open the thing up and replace the copper..
