For the life of me, I cannot get this thing to work consistantly. The pump seems to be having a hard time siphoning the liquid from the chemical jug, even at various levels. The **** thing has a new battery, and what looks to be a newer pump installed on it. I got it at a yard sell, and it worked fine when the previous owner did his demonstration for me. I'm thinking I may have tampered with the hose placement in my attempt to clean the machine. Not sure. Everything sounds and looks good, just doesn't want to work all the time. Anyone have any experience with this particular machine, or the 50 psi flojet pump installed in it? Any help would be appreciated.

Not a unit I ever used, but two problems do happen frequently. The hose is sucking air due to the present of a crack in the tube or the tube not being completely down in the liquid or the hose has a kink or restriction.

Thanks Scott, I will check for cracks in the hose and make sure that it has free flow to the pump.
