    Ara boost up on vitamins and eat more fruits and vegetables. I have never gotten a flu shot . I think I will pass. It still maybe agood Idea.

    I only had a flu shot when I was a kid....just like Nick said, boost up on vitamins and carry around some nasal spray.

    I get a flu shot every year and it seems to help me out. In last four years was only sick with a bug one time.

    I got the flu shot a month or so ago and low and behold I get sick and have been sick (head cold from hell) for the past 10 days now. I give it another five days and I should be done with it. It is a nasty one this year.

    Kind hard in this business to keep away from sick people .A lot times they don't tell you they are sick till after you been there and working awhile. Wash your hands a lot. We keep waterless soap on our trucks the bactria stuff.
