Which do you think is more effective for oily dirt based traffic stains and ground in dirt?

Flex, or Traffic slam? Both from Bridgepoint.

I have used both and I prefer Flex. I think it cuts greasy dirt faster.

Can you use Flex for residential?

I've used both for residential. Flex works great on really nasty aptartments but remember to neutralize during extraction. When I use Traffic Slam I also like to use some ProZyme.

Used Flex today on heavy traffic stained berber after 2 cleanings with Prochem Power burst. It seemed to get the carpet to an acceptable condition. I think the owner will be pleased. I just use the flex as an after treatment rather than as the main prespray, using it to get out what the main prespray could not. That way I keep it in a little pump sprayer and just use on the tough spots. Works pretty good. I suppose I could use it as a booster too.

Flex is formulated to be tougher on greasy, oily soils. Traffic Slam is made to be good for grease and oil but has an advantage over Flex on small particle soils (red clay, copier toner, soot, etc.) and has ingredients to break the attraction between particle soil, oil and olefin.

Thanks, Scott. That is very helpful. I think in my area Tratffic Slam with Citrus Solve when needed works well.

According to Scott's description, I should be using Flex for restaurant traffic lanes, and Traffic Slam seems more designed for ground in regular dirt stains.

I have used both, I wont draw a conclusion until my jug of flex is used up, but I'm starting to lean more toward traffic slam for regular traffic lane cleaning.
