Do you always have Trauma Cleanup employees on standby? It seems like when there is a cleanup the authorities would want the work completed ASAP.

Our company did this work in several small towns. So, our circumstances could be much different. We had lead tech "on call" for all types of emergencies including water damage, trauma and whatever.

I don't ever recall sending someone out during the middle of the night for a trauma call. Usually the police needed time to remove body, do some crime scene analysis and such before they would let us touch anything. We had several hours notice.

At the extremes, I did get one call to clean a trauma scene from the person planning to cause the trauma. He called two days before to schedule the work. For the other extreme, I had once job that was not cleaned until 5 months after a shooting until insurance settled and someone was willing to pay for the clean-up.
