I have to say that it took some getting used to but it really worked out very good. I used a Procaps Deluxe with Bridgepoint Encapuclean DS on the first two and VacaWay Hot Knife on the other three. They both worked wonderful.

Of course there were a few spots that didn't seem to want to go away. I was thinking: "Dang it, I think I could have got those out with HWE!" But looking at the final results afterwards, They really looked fine.

The furniture stains that wouldn't budge, were treated afterwards and that took care of them.

I did run into some spots that the renter tried to clean and they left a lot of soap in the carpet.

I never had any issues with carpet fuzz at all. So this is going to work out very well for everyone.

Overall I am happy and they are happy.

Correction: "Encapuclean Green DS was used." It smelled a lot better or "fresher" than the Hot Knife did. I couldn't tell a difference as far as the work went though. Neither one was sticky after they were dry.

The carpets felt very soft too. I will post some pics next week as I only took one b4 and after picture. I have to get on the other pc to post it. I'll take more next week.

I also forgot to mention the one bed rooms only took about 20 minutes to set up and do them. It used about a gallon of water per unit.

I'm going to try that BP encapuclean.

It's got to smell better than HK.
