So my Dodge Sprinter needs a full brake job, rotors and pads. I have a buddy of mine thats a machanic and he's gonna help me out with it. I'm trying to order the stuff I'll need. Any of you seasoned "mechanics" know what I'll need to order, and where's the best place to get it?

    Thanks a million,

Rich, I never did brakes on a sprinter before. Make sure you get a can or two of some Brake Clean. Spray down the rotors real good and wipe the film of oil off them with a clean rag.
Are you doing front and rear? If rear, are they drums or disk?
My favorite brake pads are Bendix. Pricey but worth it. Your gonna want semi-metallica.

Are you changing out the rotors? If not take them down and have them checked, if need be have them turned. I'd go ahead and check/replace the wheel bearings while your at it. And I agree on the Bendix brand for pads or drums if their available for a Sprinter. (I don't have one either).
