I am trying to make or find some type of forum for my commercial agreements. Right now I use my standard invoices for the cleanings, but I am trying to put together maintenance programs and I would like to have a forum saying basicly your prices will be this if you have this done this often. I have looked online but I havn't found any thing. thanks in advance
Keep the price separate from the forms. THis allows ytou to change the pricing as needed without redo and/or resigning any forms. The form could list all your steps included with HWE cleaning, the steps included with Encap cleaning and so forth. Then maybe monthly we would do System 1 (encap) and every 6 months clean by system (2) or whatever your paln may be. Indicate this to be charged at whatever is the current rate at the time of the cleaning. Price on a separate page. Scott Warrington
What i was trying to do is set them up on a program where they could just make monthly payments to cover the cleaning for the year. I figured it would help with budgeting. What do you think. Also do you have a forum like you described and if so would you mind sending a copy. thanks
