    This program far exceded my expectations, within about an hour, I had this fully customized to our buisness. The graffics are nothing shy of awesome.
    Thanks again Rick & Co.. I delt with Drew for the most part and he went above and beyond, We are trying the Encap-Clean Releasit this weekend and I will give my opinion at that time. I suspect is will also give me great results as well!

    Releasit is great product line as long as you showerfeed instead of spray application... The stuff will choke the breath right out of you and any bystanders if atomized.

    Commercial Maintenence Program, and the Chems are amazing, we still use Matrix DSE alot and it performs great, but it can be a little strong on the odor.

    We spray it all the time out of a small hand held pump up for cleaning upholstery. None of us choke (5 guys)

    I agree (as usual) with Rob. Erik, buy Rick's program. I think it is 150 bucks and well worth it- IF you actually DO it. I'm sure that Rick would agree with me that the vast majority of people who buy marketing/ management consulting never IMPLEMENT what they have purchased!

    PS So Erik, you want some "nuggets"? (Don't we all?) OK, here is a short section from my Special Report called "How to Sell Commercial Work".     "Remember that the Dedicated Sales Morning strategy depends on four main points:
    1. You “put yourself out there” with a formal goal of religiously contacting at least 20 new prospects every single week over the course of one morning. No excuses accepted! (Sure, you can “just stop by” other prospects at any time.) But the 20 visits during your one Dedicated Sales Morning every week is “sacred”.)

    2. Focus on just one market sector at a time. For example, one week call only on medical complexes. Then move to realtor’s offices or restaurants. Then focus on attorneys or banks.

    3. Find the “Decision Maker” in the business and demo your cleaning prowess, either at the first call or at a later scheduled appointment. (Make sure the D/M is there when you do the work.)

    4. Write up a “zoned proposal” with multiple options, giving progressively lower square footage pricing for increased frequency."
