A local restaurant I am cleaning has a bit of concrete floor that is smooth finished where the bar area is located. they want info on cleaning and maybe sealing the floor. I was thinking about cleaning it like tile but with a cimex and maybe beige pads. Have to use a portable to remove water/dirty water and dry.. next to seal with something that will not be slippery when wet so to speak..

    any ideas.

Ok this is my field. Don't use sealer.
I will suggest, strip it like a regular floor with a black pad and regular stripper.
the suck the chemical with a wet vac. Rinse the floor. Then apply any finish with 25% solids, but be carefull if the floor is cold or bellow 55 degrees the finish will look cloudy.
Use between 4 to 5 coats.
