A local restaurant I am cleaning has a bit of concrete floor that is smooth finished where the bar area is located. they want info on cleaning and maybe sealing the floor. I was thinking about cleaning it like tile but with a cimex and maybe beige pads. Have to use a portable to remove water/dirty water and dry.. next to seal with something that will not be slippery when wet so to speak.. any ideas. Carl newton
Ok this is my field. Don't use sealer. I will suggest, strip it like a regular floor with a black pad and regular stripper. the suck the chemical with a wet vac. Rinse the floor. Then apply any finish with 25% solids, but be carefull if the floor is cold or bellow 55 degrees the finish will look cloudy. Use between 4 to 5 coats.
