I just put a Prochem SS pump in my butler system and I can't figure out why its not pumping chems. When my hot water convenience supply valve is open it pumps solution, but when i pull the trigger on the wand, it stops. I cant figure it out. Would appreciate the input!!! Rami, I also have a Butler, whenever my Chem pump gives me problems I just shut it down completley. Before I fill my water tank every night I put a little rince in the end of the hose with a funnel, then connect it to the automatic fill system and fill the tank. Now you are ready to roll my friend.(make sure you only put a little rince)
