Here are the long awaited photo’s of my “phantom machines” as so many member have called them and accused me of being full of hot air! I have had my reasons for staying under cover and in truth some members who are close to me have already seen these pictures but I told them to pretend they haven’t and they have remained true to that.

As some of you know my initial plan was to set up shop and build these machines in small numbers for resale much like Terry at Techno Viking does. My health has not cooperated with that plan and in fact I’m no longer even able to operate one of these machines due to my worsening back problems.

I spent around $5k per machine and over 200 hrs of my time hand fabricating and designing them from scratch, no parts are copied parts or parts from other machines, it all came from my head and my hands. These machines are 18 gauge steel welded over ½ x ½ box tubing, they weigh in around 200 LBS each, well that is a large number my plans for production involved aluminum as my main material and production machines would have been closer to 140-150 LBS.

The machines are very versatile in use as I have used them mounted in my van, left them just outside the customers door (porch mounted) or brought them right inside during extreme weather conditions. Most of the time we have used them as a porch mounts, this reduced hose runs over truck mounted well still keeping setup times low.

I don’t wish to post specs here for the machine, there are many features that are unique to this machine, chiefly the performance which surpasses any gas or electric machine currently on the market in terms of vacuum power. The machines are both dual wand capable, they both have mufflers reducing the noise levels to around 75 decibels which would be around that of a loud vacuum cleaner. Also these machines use a unique cooling system that allows the internal temperatures to be maintain near room temperature greatly extending component life.

I’m openly offering the technology in these machines as well as several other designs which are currently only on paper and a prototype wand (I can’t show here as it is totally unique and superior to current market offerings) to any manufacturer for a sum of money to be negotiated privately (not looking to get rich off it BTW, I just want to see the technology used). If anyone is interested the technology can be incorporated into different machines and building processes with similar results. Interested parties are welcome to visit me and test run the machines.

Matt7, I was shocked to see this post. Your machine is the best looking one I've ever seen. It looks like a monster just sitting there. I am so glad you finally put it out there. Was very hard keeping my mouth shut when others talked smack.
I hope your health improves and soon. Wish you and your lovely family the best, and good luck making some $ with that beast. Johnny

Extremely impressed Matt. You and I have had a disagreement or two, but I never doubted you were capable of building a machine like that, just based on things you've said and how you handle yourself. I, for one, hope you get freaking rich off this. Don't sell yourself short if a manufacturer shows interest in this. You deserve whatever you can get out of it. Good luck man. Go out there and get what you can.

I have never worried about those who talked smack because I knew I was telling the true. You and Todd believed in me without see any evidence, thus you were the first to see it and I know you guy's are both good guy's because you kept it to yourselves.

Man I'm just so happy for you. If the performance is what you say it is you'll be an industry legend. Even if the performance sucks it's still a good looking piece of equipment! That thing looks awesome. So you did all those welds yourself and painted it yourself?

Industry legend you say... (head swelling):bigsmiley: I have demoed a TM with a 5.7 blower and a 50HP gas engine using the exact wand I have and can tell you the wand stick feels at least 3 times stronger on this machine, as well I experience dry times in the 1 hour range with no fans laying down around 1.3 gals per minute. There is a lot of science behind the performance, it is not just big vac motors...

As for the welding and painting, yes I have been working in body shops on and off since I was 16 and specializing in restoration and custom work as well as doing it as a hobby since I was 11. Due to my back troubles I'm back at my friend's shop 3 days a week as he gives me mostly sit down jobs that are easy on my back and never asks me to lift heavy stuff. We restore cars like Daytona Charges and other rare gems.

Matt7, That is funny too because I communicate with Todd on a regular basis and have even met face to face, or more accurately, face to chest haha See Todd is not vertically challenged. Any ways, he never said anything about your machine. Funny we were both keeping the same secret. :bigsmiley:

Good to see more of you here. I'm hoping John LaBarbera checks your machine out. Think you two would make a great match up. Best of luck top you my friend. Johnny

Hats off to you! Machine looks great. John L seems to have a knack for listening, and if this unit does what you indicate, my guess is you'll hear from him. I love American ingenuity! Hope you make a gazillion bucks!!

Matt- If this is true, before showing anyone or telling too much about it, you should already have a provisional patent in place. I see you are in Canada. The USPTO only charges $100.00 for a Provisional Patent, which gives you one year to file for a Utility Patent and still have protection to show your ideas. Looks great and good luck!

I can't find the PM. Give me a call, i may be able to help.
