I would not be looking for another detergent. If your traffic lane cleaner is failing you there are a couple of things you can do to help. First, you might try and add a booster to the one you are using. I personally use Matrix Grand Slam boosted with Hydramaster Grease Breaker. These can both be bought from Jondon.

The Prochem Ultrapac is a very popular TLC too. It is about 8.00 a gallon higher than Grand Slam and does not work any better imho. Here is a link to that if you want to give it a try. http://www.jondon.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=3224
Both of these TLCs make approximately 33 gallons mixed up. You only really need to boost them on the really nasty carpets. I usually add about 8 to 12 oz. of Grease Breaker to the Hydroforce with the yellow metering tip in and about 1.5 qt. of Grand Slam and top off with water. I find the Grease Breaker makes my Grand Slam go a lot further. Without the Grease Breaker I sometimes put in the maximum dilution which is 2.5 qt. to the Hydroforce. I almost never use more than 1.5 now. You could just buy the booster and use it with your current TLC and see if it helps and maybe buy one gallon or one case of Grand Slam and see how you like it. I've used it for years and I know how well it works.

Agitation :AddEmoticons04233: If the carpet is truly nasty you will need some agitation. :AddEmoticons04259:

I like to use Hydramaster's Quake. it is a high ph product and does a great job on the rat nasties. I use it in the hydroforce and let it dwell for about 10 minutes, if needed I hit it with the 175 machine.

Wand wizard is right! Go with Matrix Grand Slam. I have used both a lot and they are almost identical in formulation however the Matrix product is a good deal less money.

Try White Lightning for a concentrated extraction detergent. For truckmounts use 2 to 3 cups in your 5 gallon stock solution tank. For portables use just 1/4 to 1/2 ounce per 5 gallons.
