I had the chance to try out a Aerotech up in PA the other month and I must say that machine is a beast and is made for true dual wand! Very easy access to clean the filters, heats up 250 degrees no problem and we never lost suction.

I have a Vortex. I know the Aerotech isn't exactly the same, but they are close enough. I would put my complete faith in either machine, but be prepared for a horrid amount of upkeep and maintenance.

I don't care what they say about the Nissan/Isuzu/Bering/Ford cab over trucks, they DO NOT get good gas mileage, and they are NOT cheap to work on or get parts for. And in my opinion they are underpowered. If you drive one of these trucks on the interstate with a full water tank be prepared to get honked at and flipped off 'cause you are only gonna get about 65 mph outta it.

WOW. Those are things I've never thought about with the big boy units. Do you have any ideas on how to solve the issues?

I have a 2007 Sterling with a new 2008 XT AERO TECH ( same as a fuso truck ) Buy looks better with out the new 2008 soot colector on all 2008 com trucks the bogs the poor truck down ..top speed for me is 81 with full tank 78 or so and will heet up over 300 and burn you every time the hose hits you .. But I love the heat !! and you set it any way you want ..

    I get 12 to 14 MPG ..

when I got it they told me do the oil about every 4 month or so 100.00 each time and a trany flush again about a 100.00 and lube every thing about the same do with oit and maybe 50.00 more ?

The Vortex you have to change the oil heating part the the Ex don't have people told me 2 times a year ?? and cost is 50..00 again just hear say ..

After doing extensive research on both BIG Trucks, we bought two Aero Techs, took delivery of them in May/08. Never been happier.

The most amazing truck we have ever seen.

Carpet dries in minutes, and if your a heat freak, you will never want for more heat ever again, in any given situation.

Our Aero Techs' out shine any other equipment we have ever owned.

The people who work at Aero Tech are tops in my book too!

I'll Third that & I researched for over 2 years before deciding to purchase our Aero Tech. It was one of the best decisions we have made in a long time.

You will not be disappointed !!!

One of the nice things about Aero Tech, beyond the fact of the huge heat and huge vacuum, is Aero Tech's team behind the scenes.

DeEtte in sales, Ted in building, service, and tech support, and Vlad who has to be among the smartest and enlightened engineers on the face of the planet.

I like to refer to the three of them as the three musketeers.

Enjoy your purchase and build process, and most of all enjoy your truck to the max upon delivery.

If I can help out pointing you towards available options, don't hesitate to contact me.

    The Wizard.
