can't put gas in my 1994 Ford Van. It's vapor locking. I've had it fixed a couple of times already but it keeps happening. Does anybody have an idea of why this keeps happening or how to fix it permanently? Thanks.

I have a 92 ford van and sometimes have the same problem when it gets cold outside. Down under the truck there is a rubber hose that connects the filler tube to the gas tank and for some reason when it is really hot or really cold it seems to kink on me and make filling the tank somewhat difficult. If I hold the lever on the gas nozzle just barely open so the gas is going in slow it seems to help. I just need to replace the hose and I am guessing you have the same problem.

Do you have dual fuel tanks? Just a thought try to buy a big funnel and see if that will do anything, I have no clue though.
