POWERMATIC BOILER NOT LIGHTING UP..

i cant get my burner to ignite...i followed the cord thats plugged into the generator all the way up to the switch....it seems 2 wires out of the cord are wired up to the switch but there is a 3rd wire that is just sitting there...is this a ground?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes there is a ground on that cord. Does your motor that drives the kero pump turn?

Were you able to fix the problem? I'm having the exact same problem with my unit.

does it not light or not stay light i dont have your kind of heater. but if it has a thermo coupler replace it.$7 at home deport. i just had to replace mine yesterday.

I agree on the thermocouple its a easy fix..
