Screw them they pissed me off to.
I got a code right from jon dons website back in June when they were giving out free samples of Grand Slam. Then when I called they said the code was from February and no good and I told him it was right from their website. This was bullcrap because guys from TMF were getting the Free samples from April May and June. Plus I told them about TMF and the guy said he'd call me right back and never did. Call my sales rep later from a previous order and she said the same thing. I won't order from them again unless I absolutely have to.
Check out Steambrite.com and if they have anything you need ,even if someone else is willing to match their price they will beat that.

I did not post this to start a war. However, I was unimpressed with how I was treated and what was said.

Bu I am certain I have done things to my custys (unaware) that I'd like to have known about.

Steve did send me a PM and he said he'd be on it. In the mean time, I will find another provider.

Steve T has already PM'ed me.

I often need help, advice, training ect. in this industry and have dropped my local provider because they have failed to return calls or give accurate data 15 times since 4/1. Lousy customer service IMHO

I called JD to try and develop a new relationship and my first real attempt to purchase is shot down in flames.

At the third item, i got off the phone.

However, i am about to buy
1) spinner
2) new tile head
3) 100' hose
4) Kool glide
5) Power Stretcher
6) Kicker
7) swindle for my current th 40 (old school)
8) Roll of tape

and looking to find new source for the chemicals and supplies I was getting local.

so making such a huge error on call #1 seems a bit of a waste.

I may not be the biggest spender in my area, but local co got ALL of the money I did spend.

If I cannot find a suitable replacement, I will simply sell of my equipment and do something different.

It would sure be nice to find a business owner like myself...one who truly cares about his clients.

I must be a dieing breed.

Jon Don has been good to me, when they do make a mistake I contact them either by phone or use the contact section on their site and it gets corrected. The only down side is I used to be able to order by noon one day and have the next which always impressed me now it takes 2-3 days.

When call us directly or place an order on-line you will be dealing with folks here at headquarters. We are more likely to have something in stock. You will be dealing with folks who (hopefully are helpful and know what you are talking about. More convenient than taking time and gas to travel to the distributors location.

ON the downside, you will need to allow some time for shipping and there will be a shipping charge on many orders.
