    Best Cost Effective Spotter?

Just sold my first commercial cleaning contract to a new janitorial customer that we start next week. (First carpet sale feels good!) Our carpet program includes weekly carpet spotting, the place gets pretty heavily traffic and has lots of spills, mostly from soda and coffee. Carpet is carpet squares, commercial pile. Not sure the type, but its pretty standard carpet for a commercial building.

Whats would be the best cost effective spotter from bridgepoint? I've had great luck so far with Avenge and Encapuclean. These carpets will be getting extracted quarterly and protector re-applied annually. Plan on filling a 1/2 gallon hand pump sprayer and weekly spraying all spots. Will not be extracting afterwards, so something that won't leave a residue would be best.

Recommendations would be appreciated, along with possible dilution ratios if different than normal.

I would go with your avenge because it is neutral based product.

Whats the Fels-Naptha Bar? Anywhere I can read up on this? How does it work? Is it ok to use if I'm not rinsing/extracting?

Copy and paste Fels-Naptha into TMF search box. I found 39 threads.

    Re: Best Cost Effective Spotter?

Anyone know what product is used in those promotional spotters? Seems like it would be a pretty cheap option if you could buy the concentrate yourself. As a janitorial company that services customers daily, it would be great to have a few bottles of this at each account that we could refill as needed, rather than throwing out the empty bottles after use.
