    like the colors, not crazy about the font. Can you customize your own backgrounds in the user settings?

    P.S. There's some areas where the font becomes extremely blurry. Borderline un readable.

    It also helps to NOT give verbal quotes over the phone. I only give written one's, with the customers signature and mine so that way NOTHING changes.
