About LinkBacks1st ____Water temp is taking too long to get hot?.. after 20min it get up to 230F
2nd_____ My water gauge needle keeps bouncing and some pulsation in my solution line?

slow heat: try descaling and or cleaning carbon build up in exhaust heat exchanger.
pulsating problem: recharge or replace nitrogen accumulator.PROCHEM LEGEND MOD.
31hp briggs vanguard air cooled with external oil cooler mod., 56 roots blower, heat exchanger temps to 250. crammed into an 03 astrovan.

Thats right. Pulsating problem can be also the water pump or some leak in the solution delivery system.
