Turning a Portable into a chem feeding TM

I really donot like using auto feed on a portable because I'm a powder guy. However, I think I could use the autofeed if I mix my solution to that of truckmount ratio. and clean that way. If you notice there is always different dilution for poerables. Well when auto feeding water is fed instantanious so drawing chem like truckmount feed would basically be the same principal. Without the added extreme heat. I have always bucket fed my porties. Coming up with some type of fabricated system is something to concider in this industry.

When I use my portable, I just usually rinse with hot water. I do pay alot of attention to prespray selection and aggitation. As long as I mist some Fabset at the end to bring the ph down, I can't tell any difference in the cleaning results.

If I had to clean a real nasty with the porty, I'd probably add to the rinse.

For years I have used a hydroforce sprayer as a metering for acid rinse. Works fine for me.

I called Hydro Force today and asked them about using a in-line sprayer after the high psi pump. I was told "No" it wont work, the in line sprayers restrict the psi to about 50.
So if you plan on a 400 psi with a in-line sprayer on a high pressure line, it wont happen.

Ara all you need is a float valve assembly, chemical meter valve, and alot of misc parts and hoses to combine them up. I used an oplympus fx88 to make a porty into continuous flow. simple on/off float switch to drain. but It had its own issues. the chemical jug kept falling off if bumped, over flow because the pump could not drain fast enough, debris getting into waste tank pump ruining it more than a dozen times.

I use a dema valve setup or hydrorce revolution sprayer; set to your preference
