No Jason; But I have used older model Ninja's before; they were good; but they always seemed to fall a lot short. I know they are cheaper than a CA extractor; but the extra money spent imho is well worth it.

Thumbs up I can give you my thoughts on it

I also have the previous Deluxe model. The Warrior is great, holds more water easy to access but its bulky. Harder to lift in and out of the truck. If all you use is portables and have the room in your van or vehicle, its easier to maneuver. The wheels on the back will allow you to tip it and just slide it in, real slick. Its perfect for the one person operation. Strapping the wand to the front is a real nice feature, as well as being able to put the bucket on top allows you to free up your hands to open doors easier. Filling the machine is easier too. The opening is lower so you aren't lifting as high to fill. The dump valve is also higher so that you can back right up to the toilet and dump.

I bought the 500 psi 3 stage model. I can work longer without having to fill up or dump as often. I also like the controls located on the top in front. I don't have to use my foot to shut it down or turn it on. The dry times seem the same as the older version but its still to early to know exactly though. I really like it and will use it more during the winter as I plan to winterize my truck mount for the entire winter. I am going to use the other vehicle that I have so I will be able to just slide it in.

i've had nothing but great service on all the older version ninja's i've owned.
very simple, reliable, easy to fix machines!

if this new version is half as good as the old ones, its a winner!!

I disagree with Rickie, strongly. The previous model has a wonderful design and has worked great for us. I have 24 units in service running in hotels all the time. Yes, we have had some vac motors go out due to operator issues with foaming, but at a cost of 75.00 to replace it I am not unhappy at all with them. All of my units have heat and 500 psi adjustable pressure. I have 3 of the 1200 psi units with heat.

The new ones....I am NOT impressed. I had one given to me by a local dealer to test for 4 months now. Here is what has gone wrong with it using it under the same conditions as the other units.

Replaced both vac motors, wiring harness shorted out and burned up. new harness burned up also. Pump motor went out, twice. Heater is finicky it doesn't work all of the time. I have had 3 sets of rear wheels on it. they keep breaking.

Read the reviews, they are not good. I would not spend my money on the new ones until some issues with this unit are worked out. it seems I am not the only one experiencing this problem as well.

I have the older model and it still works. The thing is probably 12 - 15 years old. I was just wandering how these new models compare with the older ones.

24 units total, that is a lot, which brands have you ever used? and probably you more than many in here can say which is the best and why.

I have 8 Ninja's from 9 to 2 years old. Never had any problems with the older ones. Still have same pumps and vaccum motors.
I have noticed the last model I purchase was 500psi. Before the Warrior model came out. The pumps they was using are China made and burn out under normal use. Like Gary has stated they
made great models before . I don't trust the new ones yet. I seen how they was using cheap made vaccums from the newer model I have. I had to replaced both with Lambs motors with not trusting both to go out.. After calling the company and talking to tech there he argee with me about the vaccum motors they should of stayed with lamb motors.. Only thing under warrrenty they offered me the China motors..
So if the Warrior anything like the last Ninja I got with cheap made parts I would pass on getting one...
    Like Gary said!
Within doubt we can get it out!

I had the older model ninja and I loved it! It worked great. I also have a friend who just bought the new verson oh about two months ago and he's had it in the shop twice with a lot of problems. They did cover it with the warranty but a lot of down time.

Re: The All New Ninja Warrior

In Canada we still make and sell the "old" Ninja I dont think the warrior has replaced the Ninja, its just a new extractor.

Re: The All New Ninja Warrior

IMO China does not know how to make a decent vacuum motor or pump yet. Until they do my advice is to avoid them and buy american or Canadian products of that type only.

Just too many problems with these china made goods.
