anyone used, or know anything about that wand that sprays infront of the suction and behind it?

I know about it, but that is about the best thing I can say about it. It was great in theory, but........anyone used, or know anything about that wand that sprays infront of the suction and behind it?

Is that the one I just saw in this months Cleanfax Magazine? Its big and I think one had a blue head and the other was black.

I dont think you would like it, but it has a handle/trigger on the front and a trigger at the back, you alternate triggers to spray in each direction. I think it would mess up my technique, slow down my speed and the thing would be pretty clunky to carry around.

The only one I've seen I'm pretty sure was sold by Powr-flite either as an add on to an existing wand or already on a wand. I also think that it is only good in theory. I think it would be very hard for me to get used to and you still need to make those dry passes anyway. I can't really knock it because I haven't tried it, but I have my doubts it would work too well.

The main reason it is not effective IMO is because you are doubling the water put down WITHOUT increasing the vacuum . That puts it out of balance. Too much water left in the carpet when I tried it. Now if it were to be used by a TM this is not too serios because lots of airflow is there to start with, but this concept used with a portable machine makes no sense IMO. The only one that seems to like it is the manufacturer that I have talked too........![]()
