    Thanks guys!

Locko-we used Extreme Clean by Pro's Choice boosted with Citrus Solve and then scrubbed it in with a Koblenz.

Then extracted with our Recoil XPS. It's a rental and our customer thought the carpet was a gonner and he wanted me to replace it......I told I could get it really clean and if not we would replace it. We think it turned out OK

Nope, we have a good system going right now..Once we pull up to a job:

1.I set up machine, and run hoses while he pre-vacs.

2.Chapo presprays and I will aggitate the first (furthest) room

3.I then do all the HWE while he scrubbs the rest of the job

4.Chapo rakes/spots/protects while I break down hoses etc...

5.Chapo collects check while open up a BEER!! J/K

    Good on ya!

I must say you have a very nice angle. The fact that you can offer to replace carpet (with the skill-set to follow through) truly ads value.

"Well sir, how about we try to clean it first, if we can, that will save YOU some dough. And if not, we can always replace it."

That makes YOUR opinion....priceless to the end user. Genius.

    The photo's are simply killer.

Was that cleaned with a little giant as the heater? Did you keep the portable at the front door and hose it in? If so, how much hose did you use?

    Thanks,
    Eric

Thanks, I have been an installer for the last 12 years. With us doing the whole carpet cleaning thing now ....I like to say we have the "industry cornered". I think that gives us the advantage over other cleaners in our area. We do the whole let us clean it first also.

Cosway, we went back a week later....and only 1 spot the size of a quarter came back. I sprayed some Stain Magic and it came out perfect!! Thanks for the great tips guys!

    Hi Eric,

It was cleaned with the Little Giant heater. The Recoil was kept in the van as always and we ran 100' of hose to do the job. We use 100' of hose 99% of the time, so we have never had to take the Recoil out of the van, except to rinse out the recovery tank.

    Nice Job!

My Cross American Turbo Hybrid (baby CA) with the 3 stage does a super job on small areas, upholstery, car interiors etc. I like Ed's machines.

I do have to think that high heat from the Little Giant really helps.

Are you using an auto pump out on this size job?

    Thanks Phillip!!

The heat really helps out a lot. No, we are not using an auto pump out for our jobs. We have a 110 gallon Bane waste tank that we manually dump into. So every once in a while, we go out to the van and check the Recoil to see how high the water level is...and if it's to high, we shut the machine off and just pull the lever up and dump right into the Bane tanks.

This is actually a really neat and convenient feature for us. If it were not for the Bane tanks, we would have 100% went for the CA tanks. Late!
