There ya go Marlon; 20 % more powerful than the Recoil . No need for a booster !!! Period.....In this video you can see how well the new Mytee air hog vac booster works with the M-12 200 cfm machine. It has PLENTY of vac period. With the M-5 it would be even better. The m-12 uses the older 3 stage vacs like the recoil does. The m-5 has vacuum motors that are more modern and at least 20% more powerful.

LEAVE THAT OVERWEIGHT MONSTER (M5) IN THE BOX !!!
Jim which one is, the booster or the M5 or both not to get?

Where did you here those motors are 20% more powerful than the older motors used?Originally Posted by Frank

I have tried the new, taperd-fan, 5.7" vac motors, and found they run very hot, and I could not get any better vacuum performance using them.
Watching the Mytee video, when the M-12 is added and one vac booster taken away, you have 2 cords for the M-12, and an additional cord for the vac booster.
Are they using the General pump too? If so, that's 4 separate circuits needed.
If not using the General, then that is 3 cords to go 150', with no heat.

Hey Bob,
Any videos of that Savage in action yet?

Sorry, By "box" I meant leave the m5 in Van/trailer like my Recoil. I wouldn't want to tote 160 lbs around someones residence. Again the mytee hog needs some consumers reviews b4 I would personally consider one.

Also agreed. As I think this will be 100% in my arsenal soon, I will wait to hear a few reviews before we buy.
BTW-does Mytee offer 100% satisfaction? I'm sure they do....just want to make sure?
BBBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (yup...I'm that guy)

I won't be getting my equipment until next Jan-Feb. I know what I'm getting I just hope I get get a port, booster, generator, hose, wand, and cleaners all in a Dodge Grand Caravan![]()

The Air Hog looks impressive and it's half the price of the CFX. Now the CFX can be ordered with 2-3 stage vacs for about $2,000. Would 2 Air Hogs connected together have more power than 1 CFX? For the $2,000 one can buy 2 Air Hogs and a Turbo heater and have a great modular set up.

Last night I seen the schematics of the Air Hog 7303.
What bugs me most about the air hog is the way the motor sits right under the ball float air intake in the waste tank up-side down.
If the air hog sucks up any foam or water your might have a short circuit.
I don't know much about them motors, maybe they are sealed so water won't run thought the vac chamber.
I have one on order, I was told a small delay on shipment.

If used alone that seem like that would be a problem. What if you use your port for AD and the Hog for power?

I agree. The only problem is that you have no real pressure with either the CFX or the Air Hog. So now you need to use a demand pump.

As always, Mytee stands firmly behind all of our equipment. The Air Hog has been extensively tested, and will definitely perform as advertised. The thing is a little animal - you can feel the difference as soon as you turn the unit on.
We are also in the process of creating some more video now, where we will be measuring CFM using a meter, so that everyone will be able to see exactly how much CFM is added to the equation in each of the different configurations. The potentials with these units as part of a "modular" extraction system are almost unlimited.
orbit-kleen thanked for this post

At the 3 minute mark in this video they show you the power that the 2 air hog vac boosters have daisy chained together. Pretty impressive if you ask me. ALL 2 inch plumbing.

Thats sounds like a great idea Nathan. Are you guys at Mytee going to hook on up to an M-5 in your video? As always, Mytee stands firmly behind all of our equipment. The vacuum motor is indeed mounted upside down on this unit. We actually have been doing this for a number of years on our Mytee Lite and Spotter units, with good success. It really doesn't make much difference as far as overflow issues go, because no matter how we mount the vacs, if you're getting moisture down the stack, there is really some other issue that needs to be dealt with.
The nice thing about these units, is that with the auto pump-out, the tank can empty itself, keeping you from having to worry about the tank level. It also has a ball float also, to keep it from overfilling.
Glad to hear you ordered one. Sorry about the delay, but the demand so far has been overwhelming.

Thought I would pot the latest video we shot for the Air Hog.
We should have more of these coming next week.

Looks like a very nice little extractor... I want one too...

I talked to Nathan at Mytee yesterday.
He told me that the Air Hogs will be shipped in another week,
and that we will receive some of the limited first shipment.
I think this machine will be great for long runs with a dual 3-stage Breeze extractor.
Performance will be even better than our Triple 3-stage Breeze.
