They also have a number of refurbished old style 360's that are going for around 1595. Most of they guys there are willing to work with you too... just haggle on the price a little and they may throw in one of the other cleaning heads half off to seal the deal...

I've gazed at the Rotovac website, but don't really see any info on the program.
What's the typical situation? For example, I have an older 360 in good working condition. What would I have to invest to get a new 360i?

I would give them a call tell them what you have and condition ..See what kind of deal they will offer you .. Tell them you want to best deal thats works for you..

A good rule of thumb for their trade in credits 1 year old machine $1000, 2 year $800, 3 year and older $600. Of course the condition of the machine will have alot to do with it, and most of the guys there are willing to work with you, especially if you show any interest in their hard surface packages or cleaning head accessories. The more you want to bundle together the better overall deals they can get you.

Ok so trade in program works great and get guys doing it all the time.. I can do it on 360i, DHX and Power Wands.. give me a call or email and will get you set up... also some great new products out..

Yes sir that Steam Chamber is amazing... really can not think of another word for it.. cuts your dry time WAY down and is about 50% faster to clean with.. also works great on stairs and upholstery. Give me a call and I will get you a 2 week trial on it.
