    Mytee Electrical converter kit.

I was looking online at the mytee electrical converter kit. Taking a 230 and making it into two 115 outlets. It seems like a good idea that way I wouldn't have to find circuits. What I want to know is I was searching on google for something similar and there is nothing. Are they the only ones who thought of doing this? 179.00 seems a little expensive. Does it work without blowing a fuse on the dryer outlet?

You could make one very easy if you know how. Homedepo or Lowes have all stuff you would need.. 2 good heavy duty double outlet boxs with covers , two cords 220 and 230 with the plugs,, And 4 outlets 115v. Split the cord red to one outlet and black other outlet ,then jump white to each side and jump to each ground . For less then 1/4 of the price .

    Nice idea Frank.

You might also consider incorporating some GFCI circuits into one that you make yourself. Just a little extra security since you'll be working in and around water.
