Here are the ones that I use. Although, I haven't really tried anything else. They are 1000 watts a piece, and you can easily run two of them on a circuit without throwing a breaker.
I just did a test using a 5 gal bucket of water, for every 1000 watt heater you will heat 5 gal 1 degrees every minute. You can multiply that for every addition heater that you use.
I really like these heaters because I can drop up to 4 of them into my solution tank at the same time.
These heaters will bring the water to a boil if you let them.
You shouldn't have to pay more than about $40-45 for these heaters new. They are all over ebay, and some suppliers like interlink and adco pro will sell them too.
I'd be interested to see if anyone has tried anything else.

One thing to remember too, most of us run a Pump-Tec pump in our equipment. They only rate those pumps to 140 degrees before the pumps start to be damaged.
However, I have run solution through mine at temps close to 200 degrees and my pump is still working a year later. I'm not recommending that to anyone just putting it out there. I going to be upgrading to a 500 psi pump this month, so I'll look at the internals of my 250 psi pump an see what they look like.

I purchased 2 bucket heaters from a Farm supply store on the web, think I paid around $ 25. each and they have worked great.

I have seen them online for about 25 to 29...

I use the same one. I have a digital thermometer and only let the water get to 155 in a 20L pail.
(add rinse chemical, dump into extractor, turn extractor on)
by the time it sees the pump, its below 140
