Yeah right, been smoking since i was 14.
although until recently usually only around 6 day and sometimes i just wouldnt for couple days or week.But lately its been more alot more stress i guess.

We get Newports for about $4.00 - $4.50 a pack... They are made about an hour from where I live.

I'm dropping mine on the first. Only a week and a half before I buy no more, I HOPE! I LOVE nicotine....

I am pulling for you Jason! Week for me not smoking... A lot stress too and I am holding out... I had a few beers over the weekend at friends BQ and didn't cave... You could do it too! Hang in there Bud!

Try $10 in NYS or $10.50 PACK

Although you can go to a "native american reservation" for lot less

Frank, I am pulling for you. I really need to quit also, I only smoke when I am in my van. Must be work related (stress), dont smoke at home only when I pull the van out the drive way I light one up and smoke thoughout the day untill I park the van. I plan on quitting before my wife gives birth in December, I really need to be around as the baby grows and be able to keep up with him at my age (36).

I was the same way for 10 years. Never smoked in my home or personal cars .. Get into the work trucks I have one , two ..
Please try to quit too... You right with newborn coming.. I didn't smoke for 20 years then I started again for 10 . Bad habit and its not easy to quit, But go for it like I did .... I hope you do!

Have a drink at the end of the day. Take a 2 hour walk then run a few steps, walk, run, walk run for your life. I quit for 19 months doing this.

Keep on going Frank; 2 years for me still hacking nasty stuff up once in a while. I breathe so easy now I get dizzy sometimes; sort of scared when that first happened so I went to doctor; he told me it is my body adjusting to all the clean air!!! 2 years and I finally got decent priced Life insurance!!!

The side affects are nuts.. I felt like my body was going jump right out .. Funny how it could run your life... Still have not smoked and plan on not ever again... Hope everyone here quits too...
