Taking Over Another Account. Superior Vs. Pathetic Workmanship

I went into a favorite eatery tonight. and my eyes were burning, nasal was burning and itching Throat kept getting raspy. And then I noticed.. this restaurant was suffing from S.C.S. Steenky Carpet Sydrome.. Yup You guessed it a Nice and wonderful eatery has fallen to shoddy Half-azzed carpet cleaning. So it is our duty to report this to the Management. Who had also noticed the unpleasant trash-can smell and the burning eyes,nose and throat. This is the same Odor that actually made a Pizza-Hut go completely out of business. Yup Same company serviced both of these eateries. Pizza-Hut was soooo bad that I even offered an entire FREE Carpet Cleaning. Just so I didnt have to wear a mask into the place "Not Kidding" had to call it in to avoid being in the place.

Well Long story short..I showed the P.I.C. the lil movie I took today at a very grusome job I had today he asked If I can at least match the price, I accepted a weekly carpet cleaning, a once a month Protection Package, also a monthly Upholstery cleaning of 63 boothes and about 100 half upholstered chairs with Pro.

appx 3100 s.f. I havent measure it myself. as I was there off duty.

in short this one account will lead to three other very nice eateries and the one will make another $3100 monthly.

So guys if you have a nasty vid on the cell ready to go and the oppunity happens TAKE=IT!

There is nothing worse than going to a nice restaurant and the carpets smelling SCS. I like that Pat. Stinky Carpet Syndrome. Someone please tell me why restaurants hire the lowest bidders to clean? Makes no sense when they go out of their way to make sure everything else is clean and then shortcut the carpets. Stupidity imho.

There are no guide lines, when the health inspector comes in he looks at kitchen and restrooms, then leaves from my experience.

I'll assume you've never worked in a restaurant. They (generally) don't care about anything other than low price and getting more out of the people (their crews and the subs) for free. They make sure things are clean enough to keep the inspectors happy.

Get it in writing.

If it is left open often their cleaning frequency can slack way off.

Untill it looks terrible. (like what you walked into.)

If they clean like you set it up, great!

I have never heard a resturant having carpet cleaned weekly or booths monthly.

Monthly cleaning or even less often is the norn.
