Hi Scott, I just posted a problem that came up today in the general cleaning section titled "911" Would you take a moment and read it and see if you have any suggestions for me. it appears my tech goofed, or so i think. the carpet in question appears to be wool. I am going to do a burn test tuesday morning on it. the spotting thru the carpet is brown with some looking orange. You think there is any hope shy of replacing the customers carpet? Gary
