Looks very professional Rob looking forward to seeing it in full. One point of observation, by wearing gloves when cleaning, are we saying to our customers. The cleaning products we are using aren't good for your skin.?
How many cleaners wear gloves when working. I don't, unless when using restoration cleaning agents.

I always wear gloves while cleaning furniture only. My customers appreciate that fact. I explain there is a lot of dead skin body oils and bacteria. That is how I sell the furniture jobs.

Thats a very good point that you make Rob. If people wish to wear gloves then its best to tell the customer they are being worn for that reason.
