    Quote/Invoice forms

I am in the process of finding the ultimate quote and invoice forms (paper forms)as I am going to change mine also what is the easiest software out there that does invoicing and database and so forth.
I do not want an online company to store my customer database would rather keep them in my own system, I currently use quick books, its ok but there has to be something more industry specific. without going through a month of training LOL.

Thanks. Hope you all are having a great week!

You can do a search on this topic in numerous locations via TMF, ICS etc. Service Monster seems to be a popular choice.

Have you considered Customer Manager 2.5 for quickbooks? I've heard good things about that program as well.

I would say Service Monster but you said you don't want an online program. For a carpet cleaning program you will be looking at around 2k I would imagine. For that price you could have service Monster for 2 years and their is never a need to upgrade. Its a great program but it is an online program. All the info for a day can be imported into Quickbooks in under 30 seconds so you will always have your own list of customers. You will never have to worry about your own computer crashing and loosing all your CC data. I love it and have been using it for close to 4 years now.

I use QuickBooks Customer Manager and it does everything I need it to do and more. It's pretty cheap and will import and share info with regular Quickbooks like you already use. It lets you keep track of your customers in ways you never thought of. You will not be disappointed.
