    Do you use newsletters,postcards,telephone calls to keep customers coming back?

    Ok just wondering who implements a reminder system here. We are still revamping our whole company and would like to see what others are doing. Let us know if it works for you too!

    6 mo and 12 mo emails

    I think that if you can capture your clients email and tell them that you will only use it for their 6 mo and 12 mo coupon reminder, they seem to be ok with it.
    It is free and easy.
