I just changed the title of my dvd to better reflect what one can do with this dvd. I have been contacted by several who said the dvd is making them a lot of money right away. lol Matt,the methods in the dvd are what I used to make 100k in 100 days. I did this about 2 years ago when I was still on the truck full time. I wanted to leave strong and actually went about a month longer. I always shot for 1k a day and I wanted to see if I could do it for 100+ days. Matt for you I will guarantee that this dvd will help your business.

Just reviewing these dvd clips. I think a New carpet cleaner would gain a wealth of knowledge. And would set them on the right track to become successful. "OUT OF THE BOX" And for already established companies. I think this DVD would be an invaluble training video for new techs. To set them on the right foot with your business. and the expectations you have for them.

Looks great Rob... I hope you sell a copy to every new CC in the industry. I'm sure it is top notch and will pay for itself in the very first job!

Ok guys, I got my copy today. I'm not new to carpet cleaning (did it for a year a few years ago, and off and on for current janitorial customers), but I am new to starting and running my own carpet cleaning company. So while I know enough to go in and clean carpets, and have learned a great deal of technical information from this site, I still lacked years of experience that others out there have dealing with real life problems and real life customers.

BTW, It is my wife and I's 2 year anniversary today, but she let me watch it anyways It was worth it. GREAT video. The quality was what you would expect from a high budget professional instructional video.

As for the content, it was packed. I'm going to have to watch it again to soak it all in. There are so many little tips and tricks that, while they may seem small, add up to big time savings and really seem like they will add value to your company and image. I'm excited to watch this a few more times and really get to work using this stuff in my new company. It isn't overly complicated or full of a bunch of technical information like you would learn from an IICRC course, but it is packed with very useful, practical information that could get you started and making money NOW with very little other training. It even covered spot and stain removal, which I wasn't expecting. I wouldn't mind a PM from Rob telling me what products specifically he was using, though

The only thing I wish it had was some help on the actual booking of the job over the phone or in the home with a first time customer. Even without that, once I get my chemical products lined up I'm confident I will be able to start cleaning carpets quickly and start gaining lifetime customers.

Rob - You mentioned a few times about other DVD's......Have you started on them? I'd buy them all in a second after seeing the quality of this video.

Steve has a great telephone script that can be downloaded for free. Couple the script with everything you've learned from Rob's video and sky's the limit!!!

Got to see a little of this video, although I did not watch it all. But my boss watched the whole time and really was impressed by the production values, as was I. Nothing left out.

It may be hard to keep a new hire focused for 2 hours training, so you might want to consider taking it in segments or watch it more than one time becuase you or your tech will miss some things.

I was over on another board. Mike was picking on Rob becuase he put the teflon tape on a thread the wrong way (something I have also done wrong). I knew it would be a great video if that was the biggest critism Mike could find.

An excellent product for the new cleaner or helping you train new techs. Obviously not meant for the cleaner who has so much experience he already knows everything.
