My DVD came today ! I have say this is a must for everyone from starting out to the pro's in the business! I noticed a lot of ways I been doing could be fine tune to make my business better. I have to say I give this DVD 5 stars!

This dvd took 7 months and over many thousands to produce. It is not the run of the mill,shaky handy cam choppy video that most in the industry provide. It is a HD very practical tool that one can use immediately to replicate themselves and grow their business right away. It amazes me how many will spend 1000 for a wand that costs 200 bucks to make in a couple of hours and then they balk at spending 135 for something that took 7 months to make and many 1000's of dollars that can build their business into a multi truck operation. Amazing!

Everyone in this thread raving about how great the video is has forked over the cash for this DVD. Expensive for a 2hr DVD, compared to what? How much do you charge for 2 hours worth of carpet cleaning? The price of this DVD is one small job. If you can't afford it, then you really can't afford NOT to get it.

For the guy looking to get into the business tor training an employee this is great. Rob says he is working on another video exlusively for the marketing part of the business. That is one thing I like that wasn't on the video. I don't want my technicians going out and starting their own gig because they feel it would be easy as the video says. I think Rob did a great job on the video and hope to see more like it.

Personally I have not watched the whole DVD but I can assure you if there is one tip in it that will keep a customer calling you, it would be well worth the money! Wish I had something like this 10 years ago when I started my business.
