    Those are classics Chris! lol

OK so I am having my packages printed. Does everyone keep it in a folder to present? I am working on a plastic coated one sheet printed both sides to simplify my past procedures.

We only have the two diffrent ones...maybe we should have 3??
    Your website looks great Thomas.

I took the liberty to paste your packages here for you. I actually like them.

    CLEANING PROCESSES
We offer two different Carpet Cleaning Processes: Standard Quality and Premium Package.

    STANDARD QUALITY 7 STEPS
    Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our Technician will do a walk-through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, and potentially permanent stains. A test may be performed with PH metering equipment to determine the type of stain.
    Step 2: Pre-spot
    Certain spots are pre-treated.
    Step 3: Pre-spray
Traffic areas are pre-treated with a biodegradable Traffic Lane Treatment.
    Step 4: Pre-groom
Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine (depending on soil level) to further loosen traffic area soil.
    Step 5: Extract and Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction cleaning process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent the carpet from being overly wet.
    Step 6: Post Spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Potentially permanent stains, as identified by technician, may not be removed.
    Step 7: Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.

    PREMIUM PACKAGE 14 STEPS
    Step 1: Pre-inspection
Our Technician will do a walk-through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, and potentially permanent stains.
    Step 2: Pre-vacuum
Your carpet is pre-vacuumed with an Oreck Vacuum to remove bonded, insoluble dry soil.
    Step 3: Moving Most Furniture
Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, such as beds and dressers, are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.
Step 4: Our SECRET STEP (just for you)
    Step 5: Pre-spray
Traffic areas are pre-treated with biodegradable Traffic Lane Treatment.
    Step 6: Pre-spot
    Certain spots are pre-treated
    Step 7: Pre-groomed
A carpet groomer or rotary cleaning machine will further loosen traffic area soil.
    Step 8: Extract & Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction cleaning process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent the carpet from being overly wet.
    Step 9: Neutralizer
The pH is balanced on every carpet and fabric that are cleaned. This is one of the most important steps according to the manufacturers of carpet. It is accomplished during the extract & rinse process or a post spray will be applied.
    Step 10: Post Spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains, as identified by technician may not be removed.
    Step 11: Post Groom
The Carpet pile is set in one direction to aid the drying process.
Step 12: Scotchgard for Future Mishaps
    Step 13: Speed Dry
High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet to lessen the drying time.
    Step 14: Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure you are completely thrilled with the job.

    Re: Package Pricing *CONTEST*

Joe wrote an article in Cleanfax on packaging services, which is one of the first things we train Piranha Members to do in order to boost their revenue and sales conversion rates.

The article is free - ideas within it.

    Re: Package Pricing *CONTEST*

I read this thread 2 weeks ago and decided on

    budget
    basic
    better
    best

each includes a different level of service and price. I earned an extra $50 on a job because the custy chose my better pkg which I would have priced at $50 less before.

    Appreciate the push!
